2022-2023 JESTERS 11U @ JUNCTION PLACE SPORTPSLEX!

How it Works

Jesters 8U, 9U, & 11U and Junction Place Sportsplex have entered into an agreement in an effort to better serve the needs of Jesters Baseball Participants. During the time span of September 1, 2021-November 30, 2021, participants of Jesters 11U Baseball will have Indoor Field, Batting Cage and Batting Tee Stations reservations for practice for 22.75 Hrs which are TBD. Individual and Team Practice times, plans and execution will be directed by Coaches/Administrators or Jesters 11U Baseball. Individual players of Jesters 11U Baseball will have the ability to add a Monthly Membership to Junction Place Sportsplex, in exchange for the services outlined in the next two sections. Team/Organization Practices

During the time frame of September 1, 2021-November 30, 2021, Jesters 11U team will host 22.75 hours of practice on a "flex" schedule at Junction Place Sportsplex. Practices will be held on either Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Payments for practice time @ Junction Place Sportsplex is being handled directly between Jesters 11U and Junction Place Sportsplex. However, the payment consideration between Jesters 11U Baseball and Junction Place Sportsplex does not include Monthly Membership access to the facility for players. Monthly Memberships are available for $25/month (plus tax), for current members of Jesters 11U Team.

Monthly Membership Fee

For individuals looking to access Junction Place Sportsplex outside of the scheduled Monday evening practice time, Monthly Memberships of $25 (plus tax) will be paid directly to Junction Place Sportsplex. Monthly Memberships are not required. Memberships do not require a term contract, are considered month-to-month basis with a 30- day notice of cancellation. Memberships are available only to individuals on active rosters (not families or siblings) but, access for members does include one adult companion (no additional charge) for the purposes of pitching, hitting ground balls, etc. The next section will outline the details regarding what you can expect and when. Additional Services Explained

• All participants of Jesters 11U who are paying the $25 Monthly Membership Fee will be able to access Junction Place Sportsplex from 3:00 PM-9:00 PM Monday-Friday and 9:00 AM-12:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.
• Facility access for each player will include an entry for parent/guardian at no additional cost. That is to say, each player will be able to have a parent/guardian to pitch, catch, hit ground balls, etc whenever they come to the facility.
• Participants of Jesters 11U can decide to continue to pay the $60/month Facility Usage Fee during "off-season" months (i.e. in December). Please know this offering and ability to freely access our facility is limited to only participants of organizations who commit to utilizing our Weekly Team Rental option. We have decided to limit access as we understand the physical size of our building does create the potential for max capacity issues and we want our folks who take advantage of this limited offer to be able to actually utilize the space.

Monthly Membership: Space and Availability

The Monday- Friday 3:00 PM-9:00 PM & Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM time frames represent guaranteed times when participants who are current with the Monthly Membership will have access to the building. Below is what you can most reasonably expect to be open at specific times.

Monday- Friday:

• 3:00-4:00 PM- Field Availability (no JPS programs during this time frame), Multiple Batting Cages, Multiple Batting Tee Cages, Multiple Pitching Lanes
• 4:00-5:00 PM- Partial Field Availability (JPS Afternoon Sports Classes will utilize 1/4 or 1/2 of the field during this time frame), Multiple Batting Cages, Multiple Batting Tee Cages, Multiple Pitching Lanes
• 5:00-6:00 PM- Limited to no Field Availability (as of August 6, 2021- Tuesdays from 5:00-6:00 have an ongoing Field Reservation from 5:00-6:00 PM). Multiple Batting Cages, Batting Tee Cages and Pitching Lanes are typically available during this time frame.
• 6:00-9:00 PM- Limited to no Field Availability, at least 2 Batting Cages (Cage #4 & Cage #8 with Cage #8 being able to be used as a pitching lane, long cage or split into 2 separate small cages) and Batting Tee Cages. Junction Place Sportsplex Manager on Duty will help facilitate best usage as needed.

Saturday-Sunday:

• 9:00 AM-12:00 PM- Most weekends, Indoor Field is not available as we host Baseball Basics classes during those time frames. However, those classes run in 8-week increments with 2-week periods of no classes when the field would be available. Every Saturday and Sunday will see Multiple Batting Cages, Batting Tee Cages and Pitching Lanes available. Also, depending on our Birthday Party Schedule, access to all of our spaces and equipment could be made available past 12:00 PM. General Outlook Regarding Available Space/Equipment

• If a space does not have a reservation for a team/program/private lesson, the space will be open for Monthly Members
• The above outlined times represent what we can best predict will be the LEAST amount of space/ services available during the time frames listed
• There will always be space to hit in a cage, off of a tee or use a lane for pitching/throwing or straight-line ground ball work
• When there are more individuals trying to utilize any space or equipment than what is available, we will institute a "Round and Rotate" policy where participants complete one round of a given activity and rotate out of the space to allow others to then do the same.
