Banditos Baseball and Junction Place Sportsplex have entered in an agreement in an effort to better serve the needs of Banditos Baseball Participants. During the time span of May 18, 2021- July 31, 2021 , participants of Banditos Baseball will pay a monthly fee of of either $45 (Practice Participation Fee) OR $60 (Monthly Membership Fee- for Bandito Participant- not family) directly to Junction Place Sportsplex, in exchange for the services outlined in the next two sections. All participants must fill out the form below!
Practice Participation Fee
During this time frame, each individual team of Banditos Baseball will host one team practice each week at Junction Place Sportsplex. Practice times are scheduled on Tuesday evenings between the hours of 7:00- 10:00 PM and are set by Banditos Baseball coaches. This payment option only allows access to Junction Place Sportsplex during your scheduled practice time. If you plan to practice with your Banditos team on Tuesday Evenings, this is required if you don't decide to become a Monthly Member. To pay for this option, use the button below.
Monthly Membership Fee
In addition to weekly team practice, all Banditos Baseball participants who decide to pay $60 Monthly Membership Fee (instead of the Practice Participation Fee) will be able to access the facility for individual or group work outside of their dedicated team practice time slot. The services available may vary slightly, depending on the time of the day and what space/equipment is available. The next section will outline the details regarding what you can expect and when. Additional Services Explained
All participants of Banditos Baseball who are paying the $60/Monthly Membership Fee will be able to access Junction Place Sportsplex from 3:00 PM-9:00 PM Monday-Friday and 9:00 AM-12:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.
Facility access for each player will include entry for parent/guardian at no additional cost. That is to say, each player will be able to have a parent/guardian to pitch, catch, hit ground balls, etc whenever they come to the facility.
Participants of Banditos Baseball can decide to continue to pay the $60/month Facility Usage Fee during "off season" months (i.e. in August if Banditos commit to re-utilizing this deal in Fall 2021). Please know this offering and ability to freely access our facility is a limited to only participants of organizations who commit to utilizing our Weekly Team Rental option. We have decided to limit access as we understand the physical size of our building does create potential for max capacity issues and we want our folks who take advantage of this limited offer to be able to actually utilize the space.
The Monday- Friday 3:00 PM-9:00 PM & Saturday-Sunday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM time frames represent guaranteed times when participants who are current with the $60/month Facility Usage Fee will have access to the building. Below is what you can most reasonably expect to be open at specific times.
3:00-4:00 PM- Field Availability (no JPS programs during this time frame), Multiple Batting Cages, Multiple Batting Tee Cages, Multiple Pitching Lanes
4:00-6:00 PM- Partial Field Availability (JPS Afternoon Sports Classes will utilize 1/4 or 1/2 of the field during this time frame), Multiple Batting Cages, Multiple Batting Tee Cages, Multiple Pitching Lanes
6:00-9:00 PM- Limited to no Field Availability, at least 2 Batting Cages (Cage #4 & Cage #8 with Cage #8 being able to double transform to a pitching lane or split into 2 separate small cages) and Batting Tee Cages.
9:00 AM-12:00 PM- Most weekends, Indoor Field is not available as we host Baseball Basics classes during those time frames. However, those classes run in 8-week increments with 2-week periods of no classes when the field would be available. Every Saturday and Sunday will see Multiple Batting Cages, Batting Tee Cages and Pitching Lanes available. Also, depending on our Birthday Party Schedule, access to all of our spaces and equipment could be made available past 12:00 PM. General Outlook Regarding Available Space/Equipment
If a space does not have a reservation for a team/program/private lesson, the space will be open for NOLA Participants to use
The above outlined times represent what we can best predict will be the LEAST amount of space/ services available during the time frames listed
There will always be space to hit in a cage, off of a tee or use a lane for pitching/throwing or straight line ground ball work
When there are more individuals trying to utilize any space or equipment than what is available, we will institute a "Round and Rotate" policy where participants complete one round of a given activity and rotate out of the space to allow others to then do the same.
